Jackson Flexible Products, Inc. announced it has named veteran manufacturing executive Ken Trupke as interim Chief Executive Officer.
The Jackson. Mich.-based supplier of custom-formulated rubber parts said Trupke will help guide the company, which is experiencing double-digit sales growth and strong order flow in 2017. Trupke brings three decades of experience as a senior executive and consultant, including 15 years leading manufacturers in the plastics and fiberglass industries. He has been consulting with Jackson Flexible to help improve operations, expand capabilities and increase sales.
Trupke joins sales executive Troy Dickerson, finance executive Lacey Fausneaucht, operations executive Ralph Johnson and chairman Philip Blanchard on the executive leadership team of Jackson Flexible Products. Trupke replaces Tim Dickerson, who had served as CEO since 2016.
“We’re happy to have Ken join the leadership team,” Blanchard said. “Together, we’ll be steering the company as it navigates the current period of strong growth that’s been spurred by improved delivery and expansion into new markets such as medical devices.
“We appreciate Ken’s willingness to step into this full-time role, and will be working with him to identify a permanent chief executive with the type of operational expertise that can take our company to the next level in terms of innovation, quality and delivery.”
