New Board Members Bring Decades of Executive Experience Across Ad Agency, Advertising Technology, Addressable Advertising, and Consumer Data to Bulzī

Our new directors recognize Bulzī’s potential and are eager to play an important role in helping us deliver a new generation of digitally-compatible and advanced ad targeting to the Out of Home (OOH) advertising market.

Bulzī (“bulls-eye”) Media announced that its board of directors has appointed two new members: Lisa Weinstein, most recently CEO of Engine Media and former President Global Digital, Data and Analytics for Starcom MediaVest Group; and Carey Ransom, Chief Innovation Officer for Experian Consumer Services and former CMO of Payoff.

New board member Carey Ransom said: “Bulzī has successfully bridged the chasm between Digital advertising demand to digital OOH advertising supply, and the industry is now ready to respond to the opportunity. Today’s new appointments include:

Lisa Weinstein: Ms. Weinstein has extensive experience in the advertising agency industry, leveraging data and analytics to deliver addressable television and advanced digital advertising solutions. She has held operating and executive positions with multiple leading advertising agencies, including serving as CEO of Engine Media, President of Global Digital, Data and Analytics for Starcom MediaVest Group, Managing Partner of Mindshare’s Chicago office, and Global Media Director for Mindshare.

Carey Ransom: Mr. Ransom has over 20 years of experience working with software, Internet and digital advertising technology firms. He is the Chief Innovation Officer of Experian Consumer Services. His previous roles include CXO/CMO of Payoff, CEO of RealPractice, and Co-Founder/President of Truverse. In addition to his appointment to the Bulzī Board of Directors, Mr. Ransom also sits on the board of OCTANe OC and serves as an advisor to several digital technology firms.
