Timothy Nichols, Principal and Engagement Manager, has been named Array Architects’ Practice Leader, Architecture. With more than 20 years of architecture design experience, the last five with Array, Tim’s technical expertise and project leadership make him an integral part of Array’s leadership team. Tim is based at the firm’s headquarters in Conshohocken, PA and works with staff across all offices.
In an era where time is of the essence and everything is urgent, design firms are searching for new mentoring and knowledge-sharing methods. As Array Architects continues to grow and evolve its process, the need for a project architecture leader became apparent. “My mission, in addition to introducing the perspective of the project architect and engagement manager into the process, is to supplement traditional mentoring and knowledge-sharing methods so our project architects can learn, grow and develop in their careers,” Nichols said.
Tim, a Drexel University graduate, encourages and promotes innovation across all Array offices while instilling technical proficiency in each of their project teams.
