Zaloni Expands Business in Europe with Sales Partnership
Durham, NC (PRWEB) September 05, 2017 -- Zaloni announced today a sales partnership with WSN-France, led by Jean-Michel (JM) Carre and Robert Ducassou, which will represent Zaloni in Southern Europe as Zaloni builds its business in the region, specifically in France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.
With the Zaloni relationship, WSN-France will be able to deliver comprehensive big data solutions leveraging Zaloni’s data lake management platform, more efficiently and cost-effectively than competitors in the region, as well as support the growing demand by business users for analytics incorporating big data for competitive insights.
“We are excited to work with JM and Robert, as they have a deep understanding of the Southern European marketplace that will help Zaloni identify and cultivate new, productive client relationships for big data projects,” said Chad Olds, Zaloni’s vice president of sales.
Jean-Michel (JM) Carre has more than three decades of experience in the IT and big data sectors. Prior to WSN-France, he was head of sales for IBM Storage solutions in the Middle-East, Africa and other IBM growth market territories.
Robert Ducassou formerly managed large institutional accounts within the IBM Business Partner Network, founded consulting company Worldwide Success Network (WSN), and is also a strategic advisor and coach helping European and Chinese companies expand business opportunities.
Zaloni’s big data platform enables companies to leverage data for business-critical use cases such as customer 360, personalized customer experience, product/services development, fraud detection, regulatory compliance and data monetization. The Zaloni Data Lake Management Platform operationalizes data management and governance, ensuring control throughout the entire data pipeline from data source to data consumer, and provides tools business users need for rapidly discovering datasets, interacting with the data catalog and uncovering insights. Zaloni solutions can deliver an analytics-ready data environment in weeks instead of months and significantly increase a data lake’s return on investment through faster time to insight, lower staffing costs and reduced maintenance costs.
“We have done a lot of research around big data platforms for our customers and ultimately concluded that Zaloni is the industry leader in helping organizations streamline implementation of modern data architectures with a data lake at the core,” said Jean-Michel Carre. “We think Zaloni’s offering – the combination of an interoperable data lake platform and a team of experts that help ensure the implementation delivers business results – is exactly what European enterprises are looking for today.”
