Minister Designs Transformational New Training Course for Church Leaders
WASHINGTON D.C. (PRWEB) September 05, 2017 -- The Rev. Dr. Connie Welch has traveled the world training others on how to teach and interpret the Bible. From her international preaching, she started her own ministry that works to promote the Gospel and aid those sharing God’s wisdom. Now, she takes her knowledge of training vocational leaders and condenses her coaching into the handbook, “Moving Out from the Pew: Equipping the Saints for The Work of Ministry: A Training Manual for Lay Leaders.”
“Moving Out from the Pew” is a training course designated for clergy and lay leaders of all educational backgrounds and religious affiliations. The training is divided into four modules: biblical interpretation, public speaking, leadership and homiletics. Dr. Welch provides material for both student and teacher, including recommendations on suggested textbooks, PowerPoint presentations and classroom handouts.
“Moving Out from the Pew” will aid in group or individual study of God’s word. Additionally, Dr. Welch has tailored her leadership and public speaking exercises so that leaders outside of the church can benefit from her instruction.
“Moving Out from the Pew was written to preach and teach to the whole house, both pastor and parishioner,” Dr. Welch said. “If you desire a deeper understanding of God’s word, and to also learn important techniques to leading others, my crafted methodologies will guide you.”
