Apex HCM, a leader in cloud-based payroll, HR and benefits, announces the addition of Greg Javins who will assume the role of Vice President of Operations and Training. Javins will manage and develop the ongoing processes and procedures for client support and education; including Apex’s Training Webinar Series, group trainings and even occasionally facilitate individual customer onsite trainings.

Javins brings extensive operations, sales, development and marketing experience in the technology and payroll industry. Before joining Apex, Javins served as the Sr. Director over North American Services, for Sage Payroll Service. At Sage, Javins successfully brought products from incubation to launch, as well as oversaw and implemented many customer satisfaction initiatives.

Javins will support Apex HCM’s growth by providing strategic and tactical direction within the operations department, and managing Apex’s dramatic staff growth in operations, customer support and training. Javins will work to strengthen existing customer relationships and provide support to help Apex customers grow.
