Javins will manage and develop the ongoing processes and procedures for client support and education; including Apex’s Training Webinar Series, group trainings and even occasionally facilitate individual customer onsite trainings.
Javins brings extensive operations, sales, development and marketing experience in the technology and payroll industry. Before joining Apex, Javins served as the Sr. Director over North American Services, for Sage Payroll Service. At Sage, Javins successfully brought products from incubation to launch, as well as oversaw and implemented many customer satisfaction initiatives.
