VIPdesk Connect, a U.S. based provider of outsourced customer care services for luxury brands, has named Todd Hixson as its Director of Workforce Management (WFM).
Todd is a leading WFM industry expert with over 20+ years in the contact center industry. He is a favored speaker at various industry conferences and webinars and served on the ICMI Advisory Board.
Before joining VIPdesk Connect, Todd most recently served as The Workforce Optimization Logistics and Forecasting Manager at Cabela’s where he developed their Real Time team (true WFM monitoring and queue/skilling management) including training teams and introducing non-phone channel management. Prior to Cabela’s Todd had critical WFM roles at Travelocity and multiple business units at Intuit.

Todd studied Electronic Engineering at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
