The move took place at the end of August and the space has been equipped with some of the latest advanced technologies for remotely monitoring its multiple data centres, along with video-conferencing, collaboration and other productivity tools for its staff to work more effectively with each other, and with their customers. The office includes a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) for monitoring customer applications, networks, systems and holiday promotions.
According to Tenzing CFO Gord Dyer, “When choosing our new office, we were looking for the unique mix of accessibility, connectivity and retail presence. One of our main goals was to provide our staff daily visibility into our clients’ experience by exposing them to a high concentration of retailers.
