DisruptHR Chicago, the cutting-edge group behind the HR industry’s most innovative idea exchange, today announced the speaker line-up for its fourth sold out event, DisruptHR Chicago Autumn 2017.

Chicago’s leading HR event, being held at the popular tech incubator 1871, brings together some of the boldest and most imaginative minds to the stage for a rapid-fire, ignite-style evening of stimulating presentations that will challenge the tired and outdated practices HR professionals face on a daily basis.

Culture Amp, an employee feedback and analytics platform, is DisruptHR Chicago’s platinum sponsor, helping to make this event possible.

“At Culture Amp, we’re always looking for the most innovative, fresh ideas to bring to our organization,” said Damon Klotz, Senior Community Manager and Customer Evangelist for Culture Amp. “Becoming involved with DisruptHR Chicago, a group known for pushing the boundaries of HR and traditional thinking, was a no-brainer. We’re thrilled to be part of this sold-out event and look forward to an exciting evening of powerful and valuable discussion.”

Speakers will have five minutes each to present their ideas to the audience, but they’ll do it while twenty slides advance automatically every fifteen seconds. It’s energetic, enthusiastic and spirited.

“DisruptHR Chicago inspired me to think differently about routine challenges,” said Amy Bastuga, Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Radio Flyer. “I was reminded that, first, I must disrupt my own thinking to make room for new ideas. My experience with the awesome DisruptHR presenters encouraged me to raise the bar on my own thinking.”

  • Craig Atkinson, Vice President of Communications and Strategic Services, The Walsh Group
  • Amy Bastuga, Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Radio Flyer
