YurView GameTime Week 4 Features 8 Top High School Games
(PRWEB) September 13, 2017 -- YurView, an exclusive regional network available to Cox video customers, announced its fourth weekend of GameTime high school football coverage. The big match-up and national game of the week on Thursday, September 14th are two of the top teams from Arizona – Pinnacle vs. Centennial. The game is available to all Cox subscribers and streaming live to everyone on yurview.com. Additional regional action on Thursday include two games - Norman vs. Moore (Oklahoma) and Millard North vs. Creighton Prep (Nebraska). Regional games on Friday, September 15th include Warren Easton vs. Landry Walker (Louisiana), Edmond Santa Fe vs. Norman North (Oklahoma), LaSalle Academy vs. Bishop Hendricken (Rhode Island), Omaha Skutt Catholic vs. Elkhorn (Omaha, Nebraska) and Kingfisher @ Bethany (Oklahoma – Streaming only)

Pinnacle vs. Centennial (Arizona):

Overview: The YurView National Game of the Week is a showdown between two powerhouse schools from Arizona - Centennial and Pinnacle. Centennial Coach Richard Taylor expects his team to compete for a state title every season. They have racked up five state titles and three runner-up finishes since 2005. Centennial team leaders include RB Zidane Thomas, 1,900 yds./18 TD’s last season and QB Ruben Beltran III, who threw for 1,500 yds./14 TDs. The defensive leader is LB Jordan Ware who tallied 81 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and 2 fumble recoveries last season. Pinnacle hangs it’s hat on junior QB Spencer Rattler. Rattler nearly led the Pioneers to a huge upset of Brophy Prep in the first round of last year’s playoffs when he put up 42 points and threw for 368 yds./3 TD’s. Rattler has offers from ASU, Arizona, Alabama, Tennessee, Michigan State, Oklahoma, and Miami.
Norman vs. Moore (Oklahoma):

Overview: Under new head coach Rocky Martin, the Norman Tigers appear to be much improved in 2017. They came up just short against defending 6A Division I runner-up Norman North 49-43. They’re led by sophomore QB Cade Horton who threw for 313 yds/4 TD’s and WR Mark Williams with 2 TD’s. The Moore Lions are in a rebuilding mode under new coach Brad Hill and had a rough go right out of the gate. They lost a Moore War game to Westmoore 50-18 but Lions QB Cameron Allen passed for 94 yards and a TD.
Millard North @ Creighton Prep (Omaha, Nebraska):

Overview: Thursday's Class A showdown between Creighton Prep and Millard North's could be an early indication of who will dominate District 3. This classic match-up features Nebraska's all-time winningest program in Creighton Prep against Millard North's Fred Petito, who has taken his team to the state championship game in eight of the last 14 seasons. The two teams last met in the 2016 state quarterfinals. Creighton Prep came out ahead 35-21, after losing to Millard North in the regular season 17-12.
Warren Easton vs. Landry Walker (Louisiana):

Overview: Warren Easton Eagles finished last season with a 9-5 record and lost in the state semi-finals. Coached by 2016 All-Metro Coach of the Year Jerry Phillips,
The Eagles are led by two QB’s, Joe Edwards and Oregon State recruit junior Lance Legendre. Offensive leaders include WR’s Sheldon “Sticks” Jones and Yo'heinz Tyler (Kansas recruit). The Eagles also have one of the top defenses in the area, led by McNeese State commit CB Damien Tate and junior Chester Kimbrough who Is being recruited by Georgia, Kansas and Oregon State. After winning the state championship last season, The Landry Walker Charging Bucs have struggled to a 0-2 record. Defensive leaders include DL Josh Smith (Kansas commit) and CB Corione Harris (Kansas commit). The Bucs offense are led by junior tailback Chad Alexander (183 yards against John Curtis) and WR Devonta Jason (Kansas recruit). At the QB position, Ja’Quan Dorsey and Tory Cargo share time as the try to replace Keytaon Thompson who is now at Mississippi State.
Edmond Santa Fe vs. Norman North (Oklahoma):

Overview: Coached by Kyle White, the Edmond Santa Fe Wolves won their Edlam game with Edmond Memorial 43-17 to even their record at 1-1. Mbari Snoddy rushed for 156 yards and scored 2 TD’s. Santa Fe’s offense put up 423 total yards in the game. The Norman North Timberwolves were runners-up last year in 6A Division I. Coached by Brent Barnes, the Timberwolves defeated crosstown rival Norman in their season opener 49-43. Drake Stoops, the son of former University of Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops led Norman North with 16 receptions for 257 yds/3 TD’s. Twin brother WR Isaac Stoops also had a TD. QB Ryan Peoples was 20 of 30 passing for 330 yds/4 TD’s.
LaSalle Academy vs. Bishop Hendricken (Rhode Island):

Overview: Bishop Hendricken and LaSalle Academy are the two premiere football programs in the state of RI and have faced each other in five of the last six state championship games. Coached by Keith Croft, Bishop Hendricken have won seven consecutive state titles. Team leaders include RB Devin Rivet, Safety Zach Brooks and Tackle Xavier Truss. LaSalle Academy, coached by Geoff Marcone are led by QB Andrew Wright, RB Leroy DeOliveira, and Center Cameron Borges. This will be opening night for the newly renovated Bishop Hendricken Stadium.

Omaha Skutt Catholic vs. Elkhorn (Omaha, Nebraska):

Overview: Two of Class B's perennial top ten teams, Omaha Skutt Catholic and Elkhorn, square off in West Omaha. Omaha Skutt Catholic returns 11 starters on defense from their state runner-up team in 2016, including Jake Archer, who could break the school record for tackles. Elkhorn returns just seven starters from a year ago, but Bret Lange is a threat on both sides of the ball at wide receiver and defensive back.
Kingfisher @ Bethany (Oklahoma):

Overview: The Kingfisher Yellowjackets are 3-0 and Bethany Bronchos are 2-0. They have played one common opponent, the Marlow Outlaws. Kingfisher beat Marlow 42-21. Bethany beat Marlow 27-23. Kingfisher is a 3A team. Bethany is in class 4A. According to Newsok.com, “Both teams have started the year on fire, and this matchup features two star running backs in Kingfisher’s Cole Crosswhite and Bethany’s Payton Harrell.”
