A Chromebook Powered by an Intel Core m3 Processor Saved Time on Business Tasks Compared to a Device with an Intel Celeron Processor & One with an Arm processor, PT Finds
Durham, NC (PRWEB) September 13, 2017 -- Employees searching for a new Chromebook to use at work want a device that can support the wide variety of tasks they’re responsible for each day. PT compared a Chromebook powered by an Intel Core m3 processor (a Samsung Chromebook Pro) to two other devices: one powered by an Intel Celeron N3150 processor (an Acer Chromebook R 11) and one with an Arm Rockchip processor (a Samsung Chromebook Plus).
According to one of the two reports, the Intel Core m3 processor-powered Chromebook “completed tasks in less time, which could translate to increased productivity during your workday.” For example, with the Intel Core m3 processor-powered device, PT prepared a print preview of a large spreadsheet 1.7 minutes sooner than they could with an Intel Celeron N3150 processor-powered Chromebook. PT also encoded an HD video 2.8 minutes sooner than they could with the Chromebook with an Arm Rockchip processor.
