Employee Benefit Management Services, Inc., a leader in innovative healthcare solutions, announces the appointment of Emma Passe to serve as an account executive.

Based in Portland, Ore., she is heavily involved in advocating for employers through legislative initiatives. She serves as the past-president of the Portland Association of Health Underwriters, the public relations chair of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters, and a media committee member for the National Association of Health Underwriters.
