TVR Communications Announces New Patient Outcomes Leader

TVR Communications is pleased to announce that David W. Pagel has joined the organization in the role of Patient Outcomes Leader. TVR Communications is the provider of pCare™ Interactive Patient Systems, the multi-year recipient of the KLAS Category Leader rating (2015-2017 Best in KLAS: Software and Services Report).

TVR Communications is pleased to announce that David W. Pagel has joined the organization in the role of Patient Outcomes Leader. TVR Communications is the provider of pCare™ Interactive Patient Systems, the multi-year recipient of the KLAS Category Leader rating (2015-2017 Best in KLAS: Software and Services Report).

Mr. Pagel brings years of healthcare experience to his new position as Patient Outcomes Leader. He will collaborate with TVR Communications’ hospital and health system partners to define and champion patient experience initiatives across the care continuum. Mr. Pagel applied his leadership and patient experience skills to his previous role at the Mayo Clinic, where he also contributed to the Mayo Clinic Content Governance and Mayo Clinic Content Coordination groups. He was awarded a Bronze Fellow from the Mayo Clinic Quality Academy and is currently finishing his Master of Health Administration degree.
