World Renowned Spine Surgeon Dr. Todd Lanman to Present Findings at Congress of Neurological Surgeons’ Annual 2017 Meeting in Boston

Lanman, founder of Beverly Hills’ Lanman Spinal Neurosurgery, and one of the world’s top innovators in the advancement of spinal health for more than 25 years, will return to The Congress of Neurological Surgeons’ Annual Meeting next month to speak to medical and industry peers on the topic of Artificial Disc Replacement, it has been announced today.
Lanman will present his findings regarding the new technology of the Artificial Cervical Disc Replacement procedure using an M6 cervical disc device. He will be sharing his analysis based upon comparing seven-year results of the one-level disc replacement to that of the two-level disc replacement and fusion.
Dr. Lanman will also be discussing Artificial Disc Replacement in the neck, or cervical spine, which is currently FDA approved for one and two levels. The purpose of his analysis was to review the results of one-level disc replacement and compare it to that of two-level disc replacement. He then compared both one and two level disc replacement against the control group, which were fusions, to see which groups fared better.
The Congress of Neurological Surgeons’ 2017 Annual Meeting will take place at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center (415 Summer St.) in Boston, Massachusetts from October 7-11.
Dr. Lanman’s presentation will take place on October 10 at 3:05 pm.
