ArchDaily and Hunter Douglas Architectural Team Up to Cover 2017 Chicago Architecture Biennial
Pearl River, NY (PRWEB) September 14, 2017 -- For the second edition of the Chicago Architecture Biennial, ArchDaily is teaming up with Hunter Douglas to offer in-depth coverage of North America’s largest festival on architecture. With the theme “Make New History,” this internationally significant event will bring together over 140 participants “to explore how the latest architecture can and will make new history in places around the world.”
“Hunter Douglas is pleased to help highlight the many lectures, exhibitions, and events happening at the Biennial this fall,” said Paul Hagar, Marketing Director of Hunter Douglas Architectural. ”Our content marketing team looks forward to working with the outstanding writers, photographers, and editors that continue to make ArchDaily a leader in architectural media.”
As part of the companies’ joint coverage, they will be publishing a mini-documentary series collaboratively produced by Berlin-based PLANE–SITE and Chicago-based Spirit of Space. The series will unravel the Biennial's main themes and delve into its program, reporting on projects including the reinterpretations for Howells & Hood’s 1925 Tribune Tower; 3D responses to historical images of building interiors; a labyrinth of galleries that will host larger installations; and some of the biennial's anchor sites across the city of Chicago.
