Local Maid Service Rewards Hurricane Clean-Up Crews
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) September 14, 2017 -- Fresh Tech Maid, https://freshtechmaids.com, an award-winning house cleaning company that serves the Chicagoland area, is extending its gratitude to Hurricane Harvey and Hurricane Irma responders by offering free home cleanings for an entire year to two individuals who have helped with the clean-up efforts in the affected areas. Wells Ye, owner of Fresh Tech Maid, was glued to the television and watched in horror as Harvey swept through Houston neighborhoods, and later as Irma devastated the Caribbean and southern Florida. Seeing the tremendous destruction and then hearing the stories of those eager to help, prompted him to want to do something special as a thank you.
“My heart was breaking as I watched the magnitude of these storms,” said Ye. “The terrible flooding, the houses that were torn apart, the families members who lost everything; I couldn’t believe what I was seeing,” he said. “But, then I saw the rescues and the selflessness of so many people; folks who put their own lives at risk to help a neighbor or someone they didn’t even know,” he continues. “Many Chicagoans wanted to do their part and went to help with the clean-up efforts. I want to do something for them to show my sincerest gratitude.”
What Wells has decided to do is to give a full year of maid service to four people from the Chicagoland area who went to Houston, Florida, or the Caribbean to aid in the clean-up. The two individuals who are chosen by Wells and his staff will each receive a four-hour cleaning, once per month, for an entire year. “It’s the least we can do to show our appreciation for what they have done,” said Wells. “These are brave and selfless souls who should be recognized. I hope, in some small way, that they will know how much Fresh Tech Maid appreciates their kindness.”
To be considered for the full year of cleaning service, the process is simple. Wells is asking that people email him at thankyou(at)freshtechmaids(dot)com to tell them who they are, where they reside, and what they did when they went to help. Wells and his staff will review all of the responses and select four two people to be presented with a full year of cleaning service. The winners will be chosen on September 30th. The first month of cleaning will begin in October.
Fresh Tech Maid will provide a variety of cleaning services to those who are chosen including deep cleans of their bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living rooms. Fresh Tech Maid technicians reduce the use of chemicals in the houses they clean by 90 to 100 percent because they are committed to healthy homes. “Offering the year of free cleaning is our way of thanking the people who are going above and beyond to help their fellow man in times of need,” Wells continued. “Since I’m not able to leave my family, this is my way of giving back and showing support.”
If you or someone you know has contributed to the hurricane clean-up projects, please let Fresh Tech Maid (https://freshtechmaids.com) know about it. Simply email thankyou(at)freshtechmaids(dot)com and briefly describe how you aided in the relief efforts. Fresh Tech Maid would be honored to provide you or a loved one with a year’s worth of house cleaning services!
