Heartland Acoustics & Interiors Adds New Team Members To The San Diego, CA branch
ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (PRWEB) December 13, 2017 -- Heartland Acoustics & Interiors continues to grow and is increasing their presence in the San Diego construction market. Recent staff additions, including Superintendent Ryan Drawe and Estimator Aaron Jenkinson, have given them an opportunity to be a key subcontractor for several marquee projects in San Diego including the Alvin Dunn K-8 school and Northrop Grumman Building 8A. The San Diego branch for Heartland Acoustics & Interiors excels at working in environments that challenges their knowledge and expertise.
The first addition to the field staff was Superintendent Ryan Drawe. He is a seasoned acoustical specialist who started as an apprentice in California before going to Heartland Acoustics & Interiors’ Colorado branch where he was a Foreman and Superintendent for over 15 years. When the opportunity came to supervise the field team at the San Diego branch, there were no second thoughts and he returned to Southern California.
“Ryan has taken one of the most difficult positions in the construction industry, one that is usually full of chaos and confusion, and has been our rock in the field,” say Heartland branch manager Joe Roberson. “He has a special way of building comradery among our field crews and providing effective solutions to the everyday problems that we face.”
When the San Diego branch needed an estimator they were able to bring in Aaron Jenkinson. He had been in the Heartland Colorado branch for over a year, and in January of 2017, was given the responsibility of bidding all California jobs from the Colorado office as temporary solution. In September he took the position permanently and moved to Southern California so he could fully be integrated into the team and work face to face with the general contractors that they do business with. The move has allowed him to work hand in hand with clients and he has found success right away.
"Aaron is extremely detailed and likes to bid complex projects and systems,” says Roberson. “He has done an excellent job of moving from Colorado where he was one of many estimators on a team to being our primary estimator and he has landed several good jobs in the short time he has been a part of our team."
Heartland Acoustics & Interiors is a specialized interior contractor performing suspended acoustical ceilings, specialty metal ceilings, wood ceilings, acoustical wall panels, acoustical sound treatments, and stretch wall & ceiling systems.
"We are committed to customer satisfaction, quality installations, and honest working relationships and we are excited to be a part of the growth that the San Diego area is experiencing,” says Jason Gordon, President/CEO of Heartland Acoustics & Interiors.
