The 2017 Baker’s Dozen Survey is a compilation of anonymous customer feedback captured by a survey which is then analyzed across three subcategories: service breadth, size of deals and quality of service. HRO Today accumulates the data by weighing each question and category based on importance and using a predetermined algorithm. The scores are calculated in each subcategory, and the companies are then ranked overall according to the highest scores.
