About the Speaker

Larry Millner has specialized in the area of Medicare DSH Reimbursement since 1994. He earned his Ph.D. in Healthcare Administration from Saint Louis University, and has been in the Healthcare sector his entire professional career. For over a dozen years he ran his own DSH consulting company before joining NAVEOS in 2012.
