Loud & Clear PR, a new, boutique public relations firm specializing in franchising, launched today in Atlanta. With nearly three decades of experience in PR, marketing and sales, the agency founders have worked with some of franchising’s biggest brands, handling everything from media relations and content development to marketing and social media.
The agency is led by Kim Donovan, president, and Jim Donovan, vice president. Kim has more than 25 years of experience in PR and marketing with agencies, ranging from small specialty firms to global PR companies. Her expertise has launched new franchising concepts and products for major brands, as well as driven business-to-business, healthcare and consumer marketing programs. Over the past 11 years, her career has focused primarily on creating PR and marketing programs that support franchise development and growth, as well as drive traffic into franchise and corporate-owned locations. She previously served as vice president at Fish Consulting in Hollywood, Fla.
Jim Donovan is a Boston native, whose drive and tenacity has produced outstanding results in sales and marketing for his clients for nearly three decades. Jim’s diverse background includes everything from luxury product sales to providing foodservice solutions and leading real estate sales and development. In addition, he has retail sales and merchandising expertise that has moved the needle for struggling brands.
