Invincible Summer, which just won the International Publisher Award for self help and motivation, underscores how to revitalize our interactions and take charge. The book illustrates how to push back and act efficiently so that obstacles are overcome and universal values of all generations are used- but modified where necessary-to fit in and communicate easily with all.

“…no matter how hard the world pushes against me, within me, there’s something stronger – pushing right back.” Albert Camus

Dr Ann Polya unveils a new website (http://annpolya.com/) to celebrate that both her new book, "Invincible Summer: aligning our powers" and her previous book "Mind over Matter" have been selected as IPA's Best Books in Body Mind Spirit and Self-Help Motivational categories as well as Personal Growth and Relationship categories.

"Invincible Summer"t reveals how to re-discover real needs that require speed, a sense of belonging and getting well deserved respect. It distills all values held by all into three universal ones, which when adopted to fit means faster reactions and therefore smoother communication, a greater sense of belonging and recognition for the contribution.

So irrespective of the source of powerful forces- a boss, a spouse, friend or celebrity- the choice is within our grasp and we can take charge. With sharper awareness and faster reactions the resultant communication is clearer and direct. Definitely not for "pushovers". As wants, thoughts and emotions become clearer and their inter-relationship becomes evident, all relationships will improve and so too will a sense of belonging. Recognition for each contribution will follow by all generations.

"Mind over Matter" highlights ways to control our emotions rather than be their slaves.

This is Life imitating Art! It is what the celebrities do.
