Kimble Applications, a global leader in professional services automation (PSA), today announced that it has hired Gerry De Bruijn as Vice President of Customer Success. De Bruijn is joining Kimble’s Boston office in order to manage the global customer success and enablement team – a key department for the international SaaS company.
De Bruijn has over eighteen years of experience in customer success and support roles for software companies. Prior to joining Kimble, he spent eight years at digital workspace software company RES Software; recently acquired by Ivanti in Radnor, PA.
Interest in customer success as a concept within the software industry has increased dramatically over the last few years, with many technology companies taking a more scientific approach and building full teams dedicated to helping customers get maximum return on investment from buying their software.

Further Expansion in Boston for Kimble
De Bruijn joins Kimble at a time of rapid expansion for the company, particularly in its main U.S. office in Boston. Kimble, founded in the UK, has added 12 new employees in Boston so far this year and plans further expansion throughout the rest of the year and next.
