The MCG omni-channel payment integration will provide Tracker Management clients with the capability to process payments through the same Tracker Management interface that they’re already using. This enhancement is a significant value-add, as it will completely eliminate the need for Tracker tow truck drivers to communicate with dispatchers in order to complete a payment. Secure POS/EMV payment card, and alternate payment method transactions can be completed on the spot thus reducing risk of fraud and chargebacks.
In partnering with MCG, Tracker Management has circumvented the often complex, highly regulated and costly process of becoming a payment facilitator. As such, this partnership will allow Tracker to focus on continued development of their world-class software and business intelligence platform, while MCG manages the sensitive payment data, PCI compliance, and other payment industry regulations.
