Adding wireless connections
While the previous version of WiPG-1600 needed to connect to an existing IT network through its onboard LAN port, the new WiPG-1600 supports both wired and wireless connections. By allowing users to switch among different networking solutions (wired
LAN, wireless LAN, wired LAN + wireless LAN) to meet different facility needs, the
WiPG-1600 is positioned as the best-in-class choice for wireless collaboration.
Smart collaboration is key
Extra networking solutions are not the only bonus. The new WiPG-1600 also adds a great number of smart and considerate features that would address different needs in an array of presentation/collaboration scenarios. For example, on-screen annotation tools and virtual whiteboard enable the presenter to highlight the key points or to elaborate on the initial ideas during presentation. 1-to-many distribution makes it possible for the same content to be displayed on up to four separate screens simultaneously.
The USB document viewer/media player facilitates users to present without any
PC/Mac/mobile devices, and power over Ethernet (POE) allows for more flexible device placement as no power adapter is required. Video streaming avoids frozen screens and thus ensures seamless sharing.
