Alexandra Perkins, a Christian writer, lyricist, singer, and musician, has completed her new book “Before the Cock Crows”: a gripping work that warns, and prepares readers for the coming apostasy. And teaches readers how to digest the Word of God, as well as how to develop one’s faith in God.

Author Perkins explains what it takes to avoid being trapped in apostasy: “Without a deep and intimate relationship with God, coupled with the knowledge of God’s plan for this generation upon the minds of believers, they, along with the nonbelieving community, will be deceived into thinking that the false Messiah is the true Messiah—Jesus Christ. So, what should we as believers do now, in order to avoid falling into apostasy later? The undergoing of individual, spiritual transformation now is the only way that the church bride collectively is going to be spiritually, mentally, and physically ready for the deluge of deception that is going to come in the near future. Reaching inward for a deeper, more intimate relationship with God automatically places a believer in very close proximity to the will of God.”

The author Perkins goes on to say: “I have no doubt that the Spirit of the Lord God is upon this book, as on four separate occasions throughout the writing process, unexplainable anomalies such as ashes and oil mysteriously appeared upon my fingertips. Although this might seem unfathomable. I believe that the reason Our Father in heaven anointed my fingertips with the miracle of the ashes, and his precious Holy oil, was to glorify himself in the symbolism of what the ashes, and holy oil represent. Ashes are a sign of mourning or repentance, and oil is a symbol that is used to represent the spirit of God. Although the need for repentance will increase during the coming apostasy caused by the rule and reign of the Antichrist. If people can grasp the difference between the coming of the false Messiah, and the coming of the true Messiah, then God will be able “...To give unto them beauty for ashes, and the oil of joy for mourning...” (Isaiah 61:2-3)”

Published by New York City-based Page Publishing, Alexandra Perkins’s enlightening book also stresses the point that Christians serve a loving and patient God who looks at the willingness of the heart to change and obey him. What matters to him is the sincerity of a person to undergo spiritual transformation. And how far they will go to develop a deep and intimate relationship with him.
