Fine Wine and Spirits Importer Wilson Daniels & Biondi-Santi Announce New Distribution Partnership
New York, NY (PRWEB) September 25, 2017 -- Fine wine and spirits importer Wilson Daniels and iconic Tuscan producer Biondi-Santi are proud to announce that effective October 1, 2017, Wilson Daniels will become the sole US importer of the wines of Biondi-Santi, renowned for making Brunello di Montalcino one of the world’s most famous wines.

The first Biondi-Santi wines to be imported in October will be the 2012 Brunello di Montalcino Annata and the 2011 Brunello di Montalcino Riserva. The Annata, made from vines aged ten to 25 years old, are aged for at least 36 months in barrel and 12 months in bottle. The Riserva, made from only the best vines over 25 years old, and only in the best vintages, are also aged for 36 months in barrel and usually spend more than 24 months in bottle. In addition, access to library wines dating as far back as the late 1800s will be part of the long-term plan for future offerings in the US market since Biondi-Santi Brunello is particularly renowned for its elegance and extraordinary longevity.
