Building Champions, Inc. today announced that former President and CEO of Inglis Foundation, Gavin Kerr, has joined their team as a CEO Mentor.

Kerr is a chief executive known for his strategic insight, ability to achieve results, and proven success in enhancing organizational health and productivity. With a focus on values-based cultures, Kerr excels at establishing and rebuilding healthy organizational climates.

Prior to joining Building Champions in 2017, Kerr’s former leadership roles include: President and CEO of Inglis Foundation; Executive Vice President and COO of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia; President and CEO of Mercy Health System; Senior Vice President of Management Services at Mercy Health System; President and CEO of AssetTRADE.COM; Vice President of Planning and Organization Effectiveness at University of Pennsylvania Health System (UPHS); Vice President of Human Resources and Strategic Planning at UPHS; Director of Human Resources at PepsiCo, Inc.; Director of Employee Relations at PepsiCo, Inc.; and Marketing Advisor of Kenya at US Peace Corps.

He holds a Masters of Divinity in Counseling from Princeton Theological Seminary, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University.
