Cascade Sotheby’s International Realty continues its steady growth trajectory with a new managing principal broker to lead momentum and broker development in the Portland Metro, SW Washington and Pacific Northwest coast markets.
Patrick O’Rourke comes to Cascade Sotheby’s from Coldwell Banker in Chicago, where he was senior vice president overseeing the North Shore and Northwestern Regions. In his most recent role, he oversaw the operations of 15 offices, affiliated with more than 1300 brokers. In 2016, O’Rourke’s group closed 8,130 units for $3.2 billion in sales volume. He started with Coldwell Banker at the branch level, rising to regional leadership, and ultimately to the distinguished position of senior vice president.

O’Rourke will be responsible for growth, business and team development in Cascade Sotheby’s western Oregon markets. He excels at helping brokers grow their business and achieve success through innovative lead generation, business coaching and organizational development.
