Northern Virginia Family Service Honors SourceAmerica with 25th Annual CARE Award
Vienna, VA (PRWEB) September 27, 2017 -- SourceAmerica was recently honored with a Companies As Responsive Employers award by Northern Virginia Family Service. For 25 years, the NVFS has given the annual CARE awards, which recognize “outstanding employee engagement and culture, progressive family-friendly policies and deep community impact.”

As part of a rigorous application process, SourceAmerica employees at all levels were surveyed and interviewed about their experiences. Programs offered to SourceAmerica’s more than 400 employees, like workplace giving, tuition reimbursement and flexible work schedules, are considered as part of the award criteria.
