Features include autopopuating schedules for employees on leave a centralized place to store documents related to leave cases, and notifications for import dates. “It's really nice how when an employee goes on FMLA leave, the system automatically populates their timesheet with the FMLA code,” said Mr Manning.
NOVAtime was able to further assist Nu-Pak by streamlining their payroll process using the system’s built-in report generator. Mr. Manning describes the improvement, “It used to take our payroll specialist half of a day to prepare hours for the payroll process. NOVAtime was able to automatically pull the needed information without any need for manual data entry.”
