NCPDP Announces New EVP - General Manager and Related Leadership Changes to Support Growth and Expansion
SCOTTSDALE, AZ (PRWEB) September 28, 2017 -- NCPDP announced today that John Hill, MBAHCM, has joined as its Executive Vice President – General Manager, a newly created position, as well as other related leadership changes – all to support the organization’s continued growth and expansion as the problem-solving forum for healthcare and ANSI-accredited standards development organization. Hill explained, “I am honored to join NCPDP, having supported its industry transformation as an active member for over 15 years. I have seen NCPDP’s impact on improving patient safety and its focus on supporting providers’ access to real-time clinical and administrative data to improve patient care through its standards and industry guidance. As Executive Vice President – General Manager, Hill will oversee day-to-day business of NCPDP, execute organizational priorities, lead the executive management team in achieving goals and operational performance, and provide support to NCPDP’s President. “Our executive management team unanimously agreed that John’s expertise and strengths will be an asset to our organization as we look forward to the next 40 years, leading the industry in healthcare standards and solutions for the common good,” stated Lee Ann Stember, NCPDP’s President.
Before joining NCPDP, Hill led Enterprise Projects and Training as Vice President Business Planning at DST Pharmacy Solutions, Inc. (formerly Argus Health Systems), and had served as Vice President Strategic Relations, Vice President Sales & Marketing/Regional Vice President, Sales and Director of Strategic Operations. Hill also held positions at OptumRx, Lovelace Health Systems, Inc., and Humana, Inc.

• Perry Lewis Named Interim Chair
Hill, who was elected Chair of the NCPDP Board of Trustees for the 2017-2018 term, has stepped down from that position and NCPDP’s Immediate Past Chair, Perry Lewis, CoverMyMeds, is serving as Interim Chair for the duration of the term.
• Stember Now Also Chief Executive Officer
NCPDP President, Lee Ann Stember, is now President and Chief Executive Officer of NCPDP.
• Bruce Named Senior Vice President, Strategic Planning and Communications
