WeightNot Rebrands as HIIP, Highlighting Breakthrough Weight Loss Approach

Leading weight loss program provider WeightNot announced today the rebrand of the company as HIIP. The updated HIIP program leverages the “sprint and recover” concept that is at the core of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) in fitness, and applies a similar methodology to weight loss. HIIP – which stands for High Intensity Interval Protocol – guides members through cycles of fat burning and weight stabilization, which increases the rate of weight loss while also better enabling weight maintenance.

Founded in 2010 by Paul Amoruso, HIIP offers programs that incorporate the latest science and research in weight loss, physiology and behavior to enable members to achieve the fastest possible healthy results -- with an average weight loss of .63 pounds per day. The introduction of the High Intensity Interval Protocol is the latest in the evolution of the program, in keeping with company efforts to lead the industry in the application of evidence-based, cutting edge methodologies to improve efficacy.
