Availability
With Aberdeen's initial object storage solution offering, Aberdeen has packaged a minimum of six storage servers plus one controller server, encompassing a minimum of 600TB of RAW storage capacity. Additional custom configurations are also available. This solution features: OpenStack (Swift, Cinder, Glance), Enterprise S3 (AWS IAM, AD) and it is massively scalable. As far as redundancy and reliability goes, it can withstand the failure of any individual server in the RING and it can tolerate a disk failure with no impact to performance. These solutions are ready now to be configured and delivered by Aberdeen within the standard lead time.
