At the helm of providing borrowers with the best home buying experience, the company appointed Jesus Cruz as the Vice President, National Diversity Market Specialist, in addition to the recent unveiling of “Envoy Va Contigo,” a fully encompassing marketing and educational program for Hispanic borrowers and real estate professionals.

Envoy supports the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professional’s (NAHREP) mission to increase sustainable Hispanic homeownership in America by launching “Envoy Va Contigo” to over 150 of its branches nationwide. Poised to increase market-share and serve a growing number of Hispanic homebuyers, this program covers Spanish-language digital and print marketing and educational materials, niche loan program offering, and recruitment of Spanish-speaking sales and operational support.

Cruz joins Envoy Mortgage from Citibank where he was Area Manager of the San Francisco Bay Area. During his time with Citibank, Cruz developed multiple strategic partnerships with many community relations groups to increase the company’s core responsibility and provide affordable lending to the Hispanic market. Leveraging Envoy’s upward momentum and dedication to the Hispanic market, Cruz recognized that partnering with Envoy will take guided Hispanic home buying to the next level.
