The team at Yobs, which consists of ex-retailers, leading AI researchers and I/O psychologists, saw this massive flaw in video interviewing and the new hiring model of the Fortune 500s, and turned to AI to build smart automation for their network of employers. Their proprietary AI is able to automate personality assessments from a short video. They are able to complete an accurate and insightful analysis, for example, of hundreds of candidates applying to a job with a video. They do it by capturing hundreds of parameters from a 2-3 min video (facial movements, psycholinguistics, tone etc.) and feeding it into their powerful machine learning-based prediction model.
