Triad Community Management Company President to Serve as Guest Speaker at Wake Forest University School of Law
GREENSBORO, N.C. (PRWEB) September 29, 2017 -- On Oct. 2, 2017, Paul K. Mengert, President/CEO of Association Management Group (AMG), the Carolinas’ leading homeowners association management company, will share his expertise in the community management industry with students at the Wake Forest University School of Law.
Mengert, who has served as a guest speaker at both Wake Forest and Elon University’s Law Schools for the last four years, will focus on finding practical, non-judiciary solutions to common homeowners association issues. This fall, Mengert will present a lecture in adjunct professor of Law Donald (Don) Vaughan’s “State and Local Government” graduate course.
“Paul Mengert is very knowledgeable in community association and aviation law,” says Vaughan. “He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to my students, and gives them a ‘real world’ perspective.”
With more than 30 years in the community association management business, Mengert will share valuable advice with Vaughan’s young law professionals on how to effectively navigate community associations’ increasing interactions with municipalities.
“Wake Forest University is a world-class academic institution, and I am honored to contribute to the education of their Law students and to help them navigate the world of community association law,” Mengert said.
Mengert is an alumni of Harvard Business school, and also teaches courses at the Charlotte-Area Harvard Business School Alumni’s McColl School of Business and for the Community Associations Institute.
