The two aircraft parts distributors joined forces in May 2016, creating the largest independent aerospace distributor in the world. Under the Proponent name, the two companies will work together to differentiate themselves within the industry as a customer-centric organization with a focus on customer relationships, creative problem-solving and value-added distribution.

The identity refresh allows Proponent to give prominence to additional services and business development efforts in which Kapco Global and Avio-Diepen have engaged but have yet to elevate as key market differentiators.
The Proponent identity will make its public debut at the MRO Europe trade show on October 3, 2017.
