UnifiedCommunications.com, an innovative global supplier and integrator of unified communications and collaboration (UC&C) technology products and solutions, is pleased to welcome Cari Dick as its Director of User Adoption and Productivity. Cari joins UnifiedCommunications as the company expands its services offering to include a focus on end user experience during the transformation to unified communications.

Cari brings over 15 years of UC experience to the company, with a strategic focus on user adoption and ROI. Her focus on Microsoft UC began with the first release of Office Communicator and Live Meeting, where she was responsible for driving the global Microsoft population to adopt these technologies as part of the Microsoft IT deployment team. Cari pioneered an approach focusing on user satisfaction and usage patterns during deployment and ensuring that a user education and device strategy and management program are embedded in the Skype for Business deployment process. She possesses a unique skillset, having been an internal adoption and IT program manager at Microsoft for over 170,000 users, later continuing and building a successful global practice at Unify Square.

“I was lucky to partner with UnifiedCommunications in my previous role and have seen the company’s focus on quality outcomes. I am excited to combine that with additional services to help partners and customers succeed with Skype for Business and Teams,” says Cari.

From the very first deployment of audio conferencing and enterprise voice at Microsoft, Cari understood the profound importance of end user devices to deployment success. “Today’s devices offering reflects just how critical and personal devices are to end users, and now we have a new generation of meeting room systems to really propel immersive UC,” says Cari.

“Cari knows more about getting users excited and productive in a UC environment than just about anyone in the industry. There is high demand in the UC space for user-focused change management, adoption, training and productivity services,” says Jason Herbst, CEO of UnifiedCommunications. We have charged Cari with augmenting our adoption practice with comprehensive services as well as more defined products and services that are easy to initiate and consume by our clients and partners at any stage of a UC deployment.

“UnifiedCommunications is known globally for our expertise around Skype for Business desktop and meeting room devices, including strategy, device selection technology, device management and global fulfillment. User adoption is paramount to success as the Modern Workplace evolves with exciting technologies like Microsoft Teams. Cari’s experience is unparalleled and we could not be more excited to have her on our team,” says Ryan Herbst, VP & Chief Device Strategist.
