To be effective, Technology-Assisted Review must be supported by efficient and well-designed workflows to account for the technology’s limitations and the unique aspects of a review project.

QuisLex, a leading managed document review provider, has announced that its COO, Sirisha Gummaregula, will be presenting a case study alongside experts from Deutsche Bank and Morgan Lewis.

The session is titled “Leveraging Analytics as a Strategic Approach to Create a Defensible & Efficient Workflow” and will offer practical pointers from a series of large, multi-jurisdictional cases where a blend of Technology-Assisted Review (TAR) and non-TAR processes were successfully executed to defensibly achieve strategic goals while managing costs. The discussion will take place on October 12, 2017 at 10:20 AM.

Joining Ms. Gummaregula on the panel are Kelli Stenstrom, Global Head of Legal eDiscovery, Director and Associate General Counsel at Deutsche Bank, and Scott Milner, Partner, eData Practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP.

“While the benefits to be gained from using TAR are well understood, it is not magic,” says Ms. Gummaregula. “To be effective, TAR must be supported by efficient and well-designed workflows to account for the technology’s limitations and the unique aspects of a review project. I look forward to joining Kelli and Scott to share our experiences with EDI’s audience of seasoned eDiscovery professionals.”
