Scarlet, blue, and purple are colors mentioned twenty-four times in the book of Exodus. They are the Colors of the Tabernacle.
As the color of blood and fire, scarlet represents sin, blood, love, strength, passion, excitement, fire, danger, and aggression. It symbolizes life and vitality. As the color of the sky and sea, blue represents trust, loyalty, wisdom, faith, confidence, and truth. It symbolizes the calming power of heaven. As the color of royalty, purple represents positivity, spiritually power, dignity, creativity, peace, intelligence, wisdom, mystery, vision, and authenticity. It symbolizes righteousness.
“The First Partakers” follows the symbolism of these colors from the book of Genesis to the book of Revelations. Through the journey, readers will learn how the people in the Bible suffered, but discover God always delivered them from their tribulations.
