“The Froggie Tale”: an enjoyable tale about how a young frog earns his title as a prince of The Toggie Kingdom after turning into a human and gaining experiences, realizations, and lessons in the human world. “The Froggie Tale” is the creation of published author, Kelly Miller, a writer who is full of passion.
Miller shares, “Deep down inside, Floggie always thought he was chasing a froggie tale, not that he would admit that the whole thing was a farce. He was more caught up in the adventure than the outcome. He hadn’t stopped to think about what he would do if his froggie tale came true. Then it hit him—he would have to actually live as a human prince and not the froggie prince. Floggie did not know how to live as a human. The human world was still very much a frightful place for him. He did not want to be a human prince. He wanted to be a froggie prince. He thought back to the story and now realized his greatest mistake. He heard what he wanted to hear and not what was actually being read. He had been so wrapped up in himself he did not stop to think of anybody else’s feelings. The froggies whom he loved and missed must have been in so much pain. They were probably worried to death over him, and he had also frightened the princess into tears. He first asked himself, what can I do for the princess? I know, I will leave her a note telling her that I am fine and still a froggie, that I am not the true froggie prince.”
Published by Christian Faith Publishing, Kelly Miller’s new book teaches the importance of thinking of other people’s feelings and doing things that are truly aligned with one’s destiny so that regrets will be avoided.
This fairytale is full of life lessons that can help parents encourage their kids to work hard and assess their attitude to reach their respective destinies, just like Floggie Toggie, the relatable adventure that this frog has to undergo serves as a relatable preparation for something big.
