Private Label Express announces that it has taken delivery of a new, cutting-edge bottling machine and plans to increase its workforce

Private Label Express announced today that it has completed the purchase of a new, cutting–edge bottling line. The machinery, which was custom made for the company's needs, enables them to complete the Private Label of supplements and vitamins at a faster pace, with dramatic increase in efficiency and significant decrease in waste.

“Our CEO Robert De Lima traveled to the Asian Pacific region with our product development team, and together with our manufacturing partners built this machine specific to our companies needs. The subsequent importation of this instrument to the USA was a monumental undertaking as the machinery had to be broken down into more then 2500 pieces, and then re-assembled on site. This equipment is a “game-changer“ for us, and from the C-Suite down, we are all very energized about the future of the organization,” said company Chief Operating Officer Ryan Zackon.

Private Label Express has seen significant growth in the last fiscal year and a somewhat “hostile” take over of the Private Label supplement market. Since Q1 2017 Private Label Express has brought the price of Private Labeling products down dramatically by offering their customers Free Label Design and Free Label Printing much to the Ire of their competition. The slash in cost to customers, together with the hiring of Ryan Zackon as new Chief Operating Officer, has the company well positioned to take over a major market share in the next few years.

Founded by Robert De Lima in 1999, Private Label Express has quickly become a leader in the contract manufacturing and private labeling of dietary supplements and nutraceuticals.
