Villa Healthcare is pleased to welcome Paxton Wiffler as its new Executive Vice President. Wiffler has worked more than 20 years in the healthcare field, with his most recent position being a Principle at Accountable Care Consulting based in Minneapolis.

Along with healthcare consulting, Wiffler boasts experience as Interim Chief Operating Officer and COO at American Senior Communities and Skilled Healthcare LLC respectively. He specializes in developing strategic business plans that drive quality outcomes, while employing a results-oriented leadership style that focuses on open communication and accountability.

A solid force in the healthcare industry leadership community, Wiffler worked at Golden Living (formerly Beverly Healthcare) for more than 15 years moving up from Executive Director, to Regional Director of Operations, to Senior Vice President of Operations and finally, to Division President.
“Paxton’s robust experience and successful career history make him the ideal fit for the Executive VP position. He’s well versed in leading a large and diverse territory, while delivering operational and financial results,” said Berger.
Wiffler has experience managing a territory of more than 13,000 associates in a variety of regions and operating a network of post-acute facilities generating more than $900 million in annualized revenue. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the University of North Dakota.
