HindSite Software, a leading provider of field service software, today announced three new features at the GIE+EXPO in Louisville. A new report writer, an automated replenishment suite called ePlenish and new field service estimating features that enable green industry businesses to measure properties and create estimates without leaving the office top the list of product enhancements.

For more than 15 years HindSite has developed the most configurable software for green industry businesses. The HindSite Solution helps businesses save time with unique scheduling and routing tools, helps them better understand their business thanks to electronic data capture and reporting, and enables them to grow with sales, marketing and estimating tools.

The new replenishment feature set, ePlenish, is designed to help contractors quickly and intelligently order new parts and materials. With HindSite, contractors can set ideal truck levels, electronically track part and material usage with a field app and then simply run a replenishment report to email or fax their orders to their chosen distributor.

HindSite’s new report writer enables customers to create custom reports with virtually any piece of data that’s collected and stored in HindSite. Reports that previously were only available through custom queries can now be created with a few mouse clicks so owners and managers can better understand how they’re operating and take steps to improve their business.

“Because contractors are collecting information electronically in the office and the field with HindSite, they’ve got instant access to everything they need to know to measure and improve their business,” explains Reinholz. “The new report writer makes it easy to surface every detail about their business so they can learn and grow.”

HindSite also announced new estimating functionality that eliminates the need to visit a customer’s property to measure it for a bid. Instead, green industry contractors can measure a property from the office and click a few buttons to create an estimate.

“Studies continue to show that the most responsive business is most likely to win the job,” explains Reinholz. “With HindSite, contractors can now take a call, view the property on a map, measure it, and click a button to create an estimate - all while they’re on the phone with a prospect. It’s a sure-fire way to sell more and grow a business.”

HindSite announced these new features at the annual GIE+EXPO in Louisville. The features are available now to all HindSite customers.
