Terry is a long-time banker, consultant, and regulator with deep experience in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), internal audit, compliance, treasury, and finance.

Terry has over 25 years of financial services experience. Prior to joining SRA, Terry served as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Audit and Risk Services for TIB-The Independent BankersBank, the largest bankers’ bank in the country. While at TIB, Terry oversaw the ERM, internal audit, accounting, finance, compliance, Bank Secrecy Act, business continuity, and vendor management functions for the bank. Terry also led the audit and risk management functions for three other Texas-based community banks.
Terry brings significant consulting and regulatory experience as well, having served as a risk consultant with Alex Sheshunoff Management Services, Austin, Texas, and Payne & Smith, LLP, Dallas, Texas, and having served as a banking regulator with both the FDIC and the OCC.
Terry regularly speaks at industry schools and conferences about ERM, operational risk, and business continuity. Terry is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
