Florida/Colorado Real Estate Broker Becomes a Golden R investor in the Realtors® Political Action Committee to help preserve the role of Realtors®.

The National Association of Realtors® has announced that Nathan Klutznick, a Real Estate Broker from Pompano Beach, FL, has become a Golden R investor in the Realtors® Political Action Committee. RPAC is a national bipartisan grassroots-based political advocacy organization that works to protect the real estate industry and the dream of home ownership for residents and across the country.

His company has been listed by Inc. 5000 for 3 years running and has over 1,100 active agents in Florida and Colorado. In addition to his involvement in RPAC, Mr. Klutznick gives back to community via K Company Cares philanthropic initiatives. He was recently honored by the South Florida Business Journal “40 Under 40” for his business innovation and community contributions. He is involved at a local level as a Governor on the board of the largest Realtor® association in the U.S. and a Florida Realtors® Top 50 Broker.

Mr. Klutznick has supported RPAC for many years and has been a member of the National Association of Realtors® since 2005. His Real Estate Company, The K Company Realty, focuses on Realtors® prosperity and preserving their role in the industry. He is a firm believer Real Estate is still best handled by a person, not a computer “I support RPAC because doing so is important to our industry,” said Klutznick.

Since 1969, RPAC has promoted the election of pro-real estate candidates across the United States. The purpose of RPAC is to elect officials who understand and support the interests of real estate professionals and their home buying, selling and investing clients. RPAC uses its resources to seek to elect candidates that understand and support real estate, and to develop public policies that allow consumers to own homes and build their communities through commercial investment. Mr. Klutznick’s investment will be applied to supporting home ownership, commercial real estate transactions, and the very future of the real estate industry.
