Led by Chief Executive Officer Dr. Ronald J. Dr. Clark is a former Deputy Under Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security where he led a combined team of over 16,000 federal law enforcement, civilian and contracted personnel. Dr. Clark previously served in the White House under President Barack Obama, President George W. Bush and enabled the transition with the Trump Administration. Dr. Clark also spent over 20 years as a Marine Corps infantry and force reconnaissance officer.
