ASC Introduces New Version of neo Recording & Analytics Software

neo 5.1 sets new standards for recording and analytics from the Cloud.

ASC announced the availability of its latest recording and analytics software, neo 5.1. This version of the neo suite boasts a wide range of features which exactly meet the urgent needs of service providers and their customers. The youngest release addresses the special requirements of Cloud solutions in terms of scalability, performance, high availability as well as easy service provision. Thus, communication service providers can offer their customers features such as tamper-proof recording, analytics, and quality management as an additional treat.

Users of ASC solutions are contact centers optimizing their customer services, financial institutions meeting compliance regulations and public safety organizations recording their conversations in an evidence-proof way.

For the first time, this feature will be available to all customers in the standard version of neo 5.1.
