Jonathan Frutkin of Radix Law to Present at 2017 Fintech World
PHOENIX (PRWEB) November 05, 2017 -- Radix Law’s principal attorney, Jonathan Frutkin, will be the keynote speaker at the 2017 Fintech World Workshop Series scheduled for November 6 and 7 at the National Press Club in Washington D.C.
This year’s event is titled “The Rise of Blockchain: The Evolution of Finance.” The gathering will discuss what’s new on the state of investing and risk mitigation through evolving internet space under the new administration. The title of Frutkin’s speech is “When Crypto and Securities Collide”. In addition, Frutkin will moderate the state of the industry panel which includes thought leaders Douglas Ellenoff of Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP in New York and Sara Hanks, CEO of CrowdCheck in Washington, D.C.
Discussion topics include the SEC report on Initial Coin Offerings (ICO’s), regulatory landscape of cryptocurrency, new policies, the role of digital money in crowdfunding, and more.
“More than one billion dollars in cryptocurrency was raised through ICO’s in the first half of this year, so there is no denying that this is a very real and powerful player in the worldwide economy,” said Frutkin. “Companies need to know how to use this tool to raise capital, and at the same time must stay within the confines of the law.”
Frutkin is a frequent media commentator on television, on the radio and in print. Just recently, Frutkin was listed as one of Arizona’s Top 100 Lawyers of 2017.
