"I was on the phone with a customer service representative, and I had trouble understanding them because of their accent," said an inventor from Powder Springs, Ga. "I came up with this idea so that non-English dialects would be clear and easy to understand."
She developed the CLEARSPEAK to enable individuals who speak non-English dialects to be clearly understood by native English speakers. This prevents misunderstandings and confusion. The device helps foster direct communication between parties. This improves customer service and satisfaction. The unit also speeds up communications. In addition, it is ideal for use by call centers, customer-service centers and other organizations.
